Why did you join CREW? And how long have you been in CREW?
I joined when my previous employer suggested we need company representation at CREW.
Why is CREW important to you?
CREW is important to me personally because the members and the programs have helped shape me into the woman I am in the workforce-a stronger, bolder more confident professional.
To your company?
The Women have CREW have given me the confidence I needed to start speaking up and voicing my opinions at work, which in return has gained the respect of my co-workers and superiors.
What has CREW done for you? Personally and Professionally?
CREW has connected me with many amazing professionals that I am happy to call friends. I truly feel that my CREW network is my support team and can always count on them to give me advice in my best interest. CREW has given the opportunity to learn and grow as a leader outside of my organization.
Why should people within the CRE industry join CREW?
It is a great networking resource. You are able to meet people you may have not otherwise met and you can grow relationships, professionally and personally.
Can you share a #crewsuccess story? Job Opportunity? Project Opportunity?
I was interviewing for a position and the VP had a relationship with another CREW member that I also had a relationship with. She was able to give me a glowing recommendation which ultimately helped me in receiving the job offer.
3 things I wish I had known to elevate my professional career.
