The Detroit-Wayne Joint Building Authority (Authority) owner/operator of the Coleman A. Young Municipal Center (Center) is seeking qualifications from qualified firms interested in providing comprehensive Disaster Recovery Services including but not limited to, cleaning and restoration due to wind, water, or fire-related catastrophic events.
The Coleman A. Young Municipal Center is a 745,000 square foot office building located in the heart of downtown Detroit.
