Program Details

The 2019 CREW Detroit Impact Awards will be held at the sophisticated Shinola Hotel. This annual sell-out event is attended by more than 200 commercial real estate professionals from across Michigan.

The CREW Detroit Impact Awards recognize four outstanding Southern Michigan commercial property developments which have significantly impacted their surrounding communities. In addition, one outstanding CREW Detroit member will be honored with the Woman of Impact Award.  Awards will be presented for:

  • Renovation/adaptive reuse
  • New construction
  • Special impact project (new construction or renovation)
  • Catalyst project (new construction or renovation)
  • Woman of Impact
